Death Penalty off the table

         A police officer shot and killed in the line of duty, and the state brings in their toughest prosecutor and judge from up state at a cost of over a million dollars and they take the death penalty off the table? sounds like to me they've looked at the case and in an attempt to save face for even arresting Ryan Fredricks, their willing to dangle life in jail in front of him, hoping that he'll take it and avoid a trial that would bring the facts into the light of public scrutiny. 

     Will some one have to file freedom of information papers to get the results of the independent study of the Chesapeake Police. Everything about the behavior of the Chesapeake police should scare the fecal matter. out of the citizens of Chesapeake. Ryan Fredricks is a POW in the war on a drug that at one time was legal in Va. for Dr.s to write a prescriptions for.  The state built all these prisons and want to fill them. This just creates a need or excuse for them to raise taxes, since they can't import prisoners from any other states now. Jail as  private industry just doesn't sound like a free country to me. I miss America. maybe I should move back, right out side the Va. state line.

Excuse me but was Ryan growing pot and just pulled the trigger on a closed door? Just exactly how did the officer die that night????

No, Ryan, wasn't growing pot, and technically the door was still closed. A confidential informant, who had a grudge with Ryan and was facing credit card fraud charges, told the police Ryan was manufacturing(growing) marijuana, with no investigation to speak of the police swung a battering ram at Ryan's door and knocked a wooden panel out of the door. So yes the door was still closed, but it had a big new hole in it.

when i feel, i feel strongly, rights right and wrong is wrong life is simple and good, can't wait to get to heaven, I miss America, The one I learned about in school, No politician should be alloud to spend more than 2 terms in any office, they loose contact with the people they represent, and get corrupted with power. that goes for all offices. from the pres. down to city dog catcher. If they want to make a life of it, then take a term off just to clear their heads and reconnect. If WE THE PEOPLE don't act and I mean now we won't have to worry about global warming, drug abuse,child abuse, tobacco, rap or rock music, aids, the infrostructure, lead in toy paint,fermaldihyde in fema housing, adultry,taxes, loss of rights, wake up folks. historys repeating as we read this. and the prophets told us along ago time all this was going to happen. go hug a tree, become a big brother or sister, join greenpeace or peta. just realize that if you don't vote everybody out, the cancer will spread. But then again, God's timing is perfect
