When disaster strikes...courage counters with hope and rebuilding. On this National day of prayer I thank God for all who are helping..from the Red cross, Salvation Army all the peple and churches and yes, Operation Blessing. It is in times like these when we pull together as Americans for each other and America. We still have the "stuff" and when we all pull together to help like this we show the world what a godly free people can do.  God bless America!!

Well put straightarrow and as much as i wonder about myself for the cynical nature that I have I can't help but believe that from a governmental response point of view, it could have been more efficient if this area was one big city instead of seven small to medium cities. The shifting of resources to Suffolk is what I'm talking about. The private organization and the publics response is what you were talking about and that's what you so accurately described. God bless them and you.
